First call for Quiz Night

Out with the reference books, revise all those old trivia questions, just how many bands and songs can you dredge up from some misspent youth?

Yes, it’s time to get in training for our Quiz Night on Friday, May 30 at The McGrigor Hall. It’s a familiar formula – six rounds to tickle every corner of your brain on different themes, general knowledge and music under the watchful eye of convivial quizmaster Clive Brill.

Of course, it’s much more than merely competitive, isn’t it? It’s Frinton Literary Festival’s first social event of the year, a time to renew old acquaintances and be there for the announcement of the star-studded line-up joining us for this year’s literary feast from 21st to 26th October.

So, pop along to Caxton Books and get your tickets. It’s £10 per person and includes a drink and nibbles. Find five friends and make up a team of six, or sign up and get teamed up, find yourself with five new friends.
